The artwork is a continuation & evolution of the "Grandly Grimey" series. It’s also a combination of drawing (subject originally drawn in ballpoint) and Digital Art (the background is an assortment of digital designs and personalised graphics).
The drawing was based off a painting of Marie Antoinette. Although her eyes were drawn to resemble a more modern queen of sorts.
